3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • One email address can only register one account
  • Creating false or impersonating accounts is prohibited

4. Points System

  • Points are credited immediately upon payment completion
  • All point purchases are final and non-refundable

4.2 Points Usage

  • Image generation: 30 points per generation
  • Video generation: 180 points per generation
  • Points are consumed based on actual generation, no charge for failures
  • Points cannot be transferred to other users

4.3 Points Validity

  • Purchased points are valid indefinitely
  • Promotional or bonus points may have expiration dates
  • Points will be frozen if account is banned for violations

5. Content Use and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Input Content

  • You retain ownership of input prompts and uploaded materials
  • You grant us a license to use this content for AI generation
  • You warrant that you have legal rights to use this content

5.2 AI Generated Content

  • You have usage rights to legally generated content
  • Can be used for personal and commercial purposes (with restrictions)
  • We do not claim copyright on generated content
  • Generated content may be similar to other users' content

5.3 Platform Intellectual Property

  • Platform software, interface, and logos are our property
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing platform code without permission is prohibited
  • AI models and algorithms are our proprietary technology

  • First violation: Warning and removal of violating content
  • Repeat violation: Account suspension for 7-30 days
  • Serious violation: Permanent account ban
